Amber has been a Speech Language Pathologist since 2003 and a business owner since 2018.

Emily is a Mvskoke (Creek) citizen of the Hvlkoke (wind) clan from the Sac & Fox Reservation of Oklahoma. Emily is devoted to legal advocacy on behalf of Tribes. As an attorney at Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, she represents Tribes and Tribal governments as plaintiffs in mass torts, environmental harm, and unfair business practices. She has published legal articles on issues related to tribal sovereignty, tribal self-determination, and Indigenous representation in federal positions and courtrooms. Emily is committed to ensuring Tribal communities have a seat at the table in addressing issues in Indian Country and the U.S.
